Seventh day impression:
It’s hard to think of a menu for this diet, with no carbs, sugar, beans or processed food. I’m spending more time to thinking than cooking. I want to eat different food every time, if possible. Then, Today, I modified my leftovers from last night’s dinner (green curry) by adding half a can of tomatoes, which turned it from green to brown. The taste was different from before. It wasn’t green curry anymore, but it was not bad!
Breakfast: Meatballs with shimeji mushroom and tomato sauce
Snack: Some nuts with gouda cheese and coffee
Dinner: Brown curry with vegetable and chicken
Exercise:Bicycling 45 min, kettlebell 2 min( kettlebell swings: 2 sets of 10 reps, figure 8: 2 sets of 10 reps ) , Yoga 3 min, Youtube exercise 10 min
